Initial Consultations - Generally there is no charge for an initial consultation unless you actually retain us to perform your legal work.  This generally includes the items listed in our practice areas. We reserve the right to charge for some types of legal consultations based on our experience. When you call for an appointment we will let you know up front.

Contingent Fees - Some cases are handled on a Contingent Fee basis.  This means you do not pay the attorney fees up front.  If there is a recovery of money, the attorney fees & expenses are charged against the recovery.  We offer contingent fees in Workers Compensation, Serious Personal Injury & some Consumer Protection cases.  Konza Law will determines when this applies.

Payment Plans - For most legal matters we offer an opportunity to retain us with a reasonable down payment.  We will work with you on a payment plan but you are expected to make monthly payments once your case commences.
